George Ongarezos

George is a professional Civil Engineer graduated at Curtin University with Honours and throughout his professional career he has acquired extensive exposure to Senior Construction and Management Practices and his extensive knowledge in construction and finishes together with an eye for detail and perfection that is second to none.

Dear Visitor,

I felt it really important to include a personal note from me to you, about my experience and why I might be the best person in Perth to help you with your building inspection needs.

As it is said above, I am a professional Civil Engineer and throughout my professional career, I have acquired extensive exposure to Senior Construction and Management Practice, within various construction sectors.

Over a period of over four decades my knowledge in the construction industry, including many years working within diversified Construction Companies, undertaking Senior Management roles. I have worked closely and absorbed a comprehensive business understanding from very experienced individuals. I have also been a mentor to numerous professional and non-professional personnel.

I have strong operational exposure to the Contractor’s side management practices alike. I’m an accomplished, focused resilient individual and excel in safety, schedules, budget, quality and. I have the ability to quickly resolve any construction problems and encompass understandings of the construction organization’s functioning policy and procedure which I believe are essential to maintaining a cohesive working culture within any institute. My leadership style is confident, inclusive, and energetic utilizing all available resources, supporting, mentoring, and empowering staff with a vision to comprehensively undertake Project Execution and exceed all customer/client expectations.

I am a strong believer and emphasize equality, team building, and guidance. I have the proficiency, motivation, and appropriate character to lead by example whilst portraying an essential desire to succeed when new challenges arise. Positions most suited and highly experienced within the fields of Senior Civil Engineer, Project Management, Construction Management, Project Leadership, General Management and Company Directorships.
